Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Asbrits College UK Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Asbrits College”) and all students, applicants, and users of our services. By applying for admission, enrolling in any course (English language, undergraduate, or postgraduate), making fee payments, or using our website (www.asbritscollege.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Admission and Enrollment

All applications are subject to availability and Asbrits College’s admission criteria.
Admission is confirmed only upon receipt of a formal Offer Letter and payment of the required deposit or full fees.
Students must provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.
Asbrits College reserves the right to refuse admission without providing a reason.

All fees are payable in advance as per the payment schedule stated in the Offer Letter or invoice.
Online fee payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment gateways.
We do not store full credit/debit card details on our servers.
Late payments may result in suspension of access to classes, withholding of certificates, or cancellation of enrollment.
All fees are non-transferable to another person.

Deposit / Registration Fee:
Non-refundable once the Offer Letter is issued and payment is received.
Course Fees: – Refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@asbritscollege.com. – Full refund (minus administrative fee of £150) if cancellation is made before the course start date. – No refund after the course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., visa refusal with supporting evidence). – For online courses: No refund after login credentials have been issued and access granted.
Visa-related refunds: If a student visa is refused and proper documentary evidence is provided within 14 days of refusal, we may consider a partial refund after deducting administrative and processing fees.

Students must maintain appropriate behaviour during online classes (no disruptive conduct, harassment, or misuse of platform).
Recording or sharing of online classes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection and suitable device for online learning.
Asbrits College reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breach of conduct.

Regular attendance is expected for both face-to-face and online classes.
Students must meet minimum attendance requirements to be eligible for certificates or progression to higher levels.
Asbrits College may issue warnings or terminate enrollment for consistent poor attendance or academic misconduct.

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the program and meeting all academic and attendance requirements.
Replacement certificates incur an administrative fee.

Asbrits College is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet failure, third-party platform issues, government restrictions).
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student for the relevant course.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, timetable, or delivery method due to operational needs or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will notify students as early as possible.

Asbrits College may terminate a student’s enrollment for serious breach of these Terms, academic misconduct, or non-payment of fees.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
